How to order the product in MGMUK website?

2. Click on the product that manage to catch your eyes.

3. Click  PAY DEPOSIT or  FULL AMOUNT before you add the item to the cart.

4. Proceed to checkout by transfer the payment via BANK TRANSFER (within 48 hours), Paypal (for credit card only with 3.9% charge) or FPX (Toyyibpay).

 5. For payment via BANK TRANSFER, please send the proof of payment HERE

Is your product original/authentic?

Yes! With our best, we shop for you only the original/authentic item. Authenticity is our priority. We will provide a refund if the item is not authentic.

How long should I wait for my order to
arrive in Malaysia?

It takes about 4-12 weeks to arrive our
warehouse, depends on the trip (air freight/ sea freight).

The balance can be paid once your order arrived in Malaysia.

How to collect my order?

What is the difference between a first and second quality?

Only pottery which pass the highest standards is classified as first quality. Second quality pottery has a marginal fault to the finish/decoration/colour or shape. But do not worry! The piece still functions as it supposed to be.

Are they microwave safe?

Microwave safe items can be recognised based on their backstamp by the wording “Microwave Safe.” Mostly yes!

Can I put the dish in the oven?

Yes, for oven-to-table collection. It survives up to 200C for porcelain tableware and 170C for earthenware tableware.

What is the difference between first and second quality cast iron pot?

No idea! Because from our observation and experience, sometimes both are the same.

Is first quality does not have any defect?

There is no guarantee first quality pot is perfect. From our experience, there is still defect on first quality pot.

How to differentiate first and second quality?

Second quality can be identified based on the sticker on the pot by the wording “Second quality”.

Can the stoneware use on stove?

Sorry, the stoneware is not suitable to use on stove.

What is the difference between grade A and B cast iron pot?

Grade B has a minor defect on paint/cosmetic/surface/finishing/colour. It could also be due to
missing/damaged on the packaging box! Unbelievable right? For us, B is not stand for “bad”. Because from our observation and experience, surprisingly both grades are look the same (sometimes). So, for us B is stand for bargain because it is cheaper than the A grade.

Is grade A cast iron pot does not have any defect?

There is no guarantee grade A cast iron pot is perfect. From our experience, sometimes there is still defect on grade A pot.

How to differentiate grade A and B cast iron pot?

Pot with grade B can be identified based on the “B” sticker on the pot.

Can the stoneware use on stove?

Sorry, the stoneware is not suitable to use on stove.
